How it works
Getting started with Your Technology Adviser is a two-step process. First, your Technology Audit and Onboarding — a personal visit to your home that gets everything set up properly. Then your ongoing membership, which keeps everything running, protected and supported from that point forward. The audit is required for every membership — it's how we ensure everything is configured correctly before we start managing it.
A personal visit to your home — typically two to three hours. We assess your current setup, configure everything properly, and make sure every device is secure, backed up and working as it should.

From the day of your audit, your technology is professionally managed, monitored and supported — quietly, continuously, in the background.
Billed annually ($1,560/year) · save $360 vs monthly
Prefer no lock-in? Monthly billing is available at $160 per month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual billing saves you $360 per year and is how most members choose to pay.
