The process
A 30-minute call or video call. We find out about your devices, your situation, and your main concerns. We answer any questions you have. There's no obligation and no sales pressure — if we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
If you decide to go ahead, we arrange a Technology Audit and Onboarding visit — typically two to three hours at your home. We set everything up properly, from security and backup to streaming TV and video calls. Your first month is included in the $500 fee.
From that point forward, your technology is professionally managed. Problems are found and fixed before you notice them. You receive a monthly plain-English health report. And when you need us, we're here — a real person, on the phone, ready to help.
